1991-2010
Our Humble Beginnings
In 1991, I Awadhesh Kumar started my Light and Sound business named "Vishal Electric" on the behalf of my elder brother's name. In our team we have 15-20 crew members. We worked across Bihar including Jharkhand. We were also worked in Patna's top hotels and banquets. As our crew members we were last worked with Pahalwan Ghat (Dujra) Durga Puja Pandal in 1998.
In 2000, we are stuck in some issues. Then we have decided to close our Light and Sound business. Then we modified our business/outlet name to "Vishal Electric & Electronics" and start Sale & Service of Electric and Electronic accessories. -
2010-2012
In 2010, we received call from landlord to devoid the shop for construction work of shops and building. Then we empty our shop and shifted all our shop item, accessories, equipment’s etc to our home.
In 2011, some financial problems are created due to our outlet. Then we decided to reopen our shop in our own building. Then we successfully reopened our outlet in our own building. But due to far of market and our building is in the last street our outlet is not run successfully. But we have no any other option because, in market there are no anyone shop is vacant. And lastly, we have to run our outlet forcefully. -
2012-2021
Transition to Full Service
In 2012, we received call from our outlet landlord that we have finished our construction work and you have to reopen your outlet in our same building. Then we reopened our outlet in same building. But we have seen in these two years of gap there are too many outlets are opened of same business in market. Then we have decided to add some more items in our shop like mobile chargers, earphones, covers etc. And finally, we added Mobile Accessories, Gas-Cooker Accessories, Mobile & DTH Recharge, Money Transfer & Withdrawal Services to boost our business. And then successfully our shop run/grow day by day.
Then again there are opened too many outlets of same business in market to competition with us, but our service and behaviour towards customers we'll won the trust and heart of our customers. -
2021 - Till Now
These Lockdown Days
In March 2021, we have received call from our landlord to devoid the shop because of his some personal family issues.
Then we'll find a vacant outlet in front of market. And then again, we shift our outlet there. But due to covid and lockdown in town, we happily reopened our outlet on 12th July 2021. -
